Real Walkthrough Newbie, Lv 30 - 35

Ah once again we back to Kai'non and now we are Lv30!
I think you know what's that mean? Yes time for another Congratulatory Gift quest Lv30!
Just talk to Levia and get the reward which is 2 weapons and a Spirit Stone II pouch.
You need to choose 2 from 3.
I recommend you to get the Craftman Bow which we will used later at Lv35 and the Spirit Stone II Pouch.

Craftman Bow is a crafted weapon, it's different than Forged Weapon, crafted weapon can only be crafted and never drop from monster. You need to be a craftsman in order to make crafted weapon, crafted armor, crafted accessory and spirit stone. What is spirit stone?
Crafted weapon and crafted armor with at least grade C, will have socket. This socket can be used to insert a Spirit Stone, spirit stone hold an option stat that if you insert it to a crafted weapon socket, the weapon will have an option according to that spirit stone option. Higher grade crafted stuffs(max 4) has 5 sockets.
Keep in mind the spirit stone stat isn't permanent, some have 3D limitation, some 7D, and there's another for 30D.

Unfortunately the Craftman Bow we got from the reward is a grade C, which mean we cannot insert any spirit stone there. So you can just open your Spirit Stone II Pouch and save the stones in your Treasury or discard them via recycle bin inventory. FYI I discard mine.

NOTE : Don't delevel the Craftman Bow, it's very pricey. Just wait until you hit Lv35. We have new bow Lv30 from a quest waiting to be snatched. This is also a very good bow.

First let's get the Lv30 bow from the quest which took place in Vena.  Yes the Elf race home town.
Open your Journal and look at possible quest Vena, for Lv30.
Quest Name  : One Who Abandoned the Name of Elf
Starting NPC :Vellarmino
Task : Collect Mirror Mask = 38
Rewards : Choice of 3 golden weapon, you want to choose the bow later. Divinity's Mark. This is a great bow with nice status and health mana absorb, means every time you damage enemy, you will absorb a certain percentage from the damage you done. Nice huh? No need to buy potions.

Let's go to Vena, use Town Portal Stone, and find NPC Vellarmino inside Vena city.
You need to do a bit maneuver around the hill to reach Vena city.

Once you inside, go find Vellarmino NPC while you're at it, listen the beautiful Vena city theme music :D

Vellarmino can be found on the top of Vena city part, he's alone in the corner, Vena General.

Accept the quest and now let's get to work.
We need to find and kill Amazon Soultrapper monster. So get out of the city and seek them. Below is the screenshot where you can find them, indicated by red square. Just right side of the main road.

If you notice, there's a bindstone nearby, go set your bindstone point there, so if you die, you will get revived there.
NOTE : If your Egypt Costume already expired, this might get a bit hard, so use the Kitting Technique to overcome this.

Fighting Amazon Soultrapper

NOTE : I keep posting my pic when fighting monster here just so you believe this guide is legit and I actually did it myself.

After you done with the genocide, report your mission to Vellarmino and finally equip your reward Divinity's Mark bow. Don't messed up and choose the other weapon instead. GET THE BOW!
Scroll down on the reward box to reach Divinity's Mark and click it once, then click completed!
NOTE : For you who use Adventurer Bow, this time replace it with this Divinity's Mark and discard your Adventurer Bow. This bow is better. 
NOTE 2 : Remember to pick other golden weapon that suitable for your race if you are not playing Half Elf. There is Sword and Staff here. For Katar and Zhen, the quest for golden weapon is from NPC Azma in Par Talucca town.

Alright time to sell some stuffs and buy some potions maybe? I don't think you need it.

Now let's do the Main Story quest, as usual open your Journal and check it in the possible quest(main tab).
Quest Name : Immortal Love
Starting NPC : Zibrian (He's at GH remember, you should know where he is right?)
Task : The Engagement Ring, Deliver to Robdun, Dark Soul Hunt 40, Report to Robdun, Talk to Lacriss

Quite long, but lets get it done.
First go to Sundries and buy Orc Fortress Portal Stone 10, use it.
There's several NPC nearby, one of them is Robdun, talk with him(or her? heheh)

You willl get an order to kill 40 Dark Souls. Not easy job because they are magical monster with RANGED attack! But it's not impossible if you know how to fight. oh don't forget to save bindstone in here. There's also NPC who sell potions and arrow. This is a good place as a base.

First let's go to the Dark Soul's spot, you can found them in this map, below I give screenshot in where you can find them, as usual inside red square.

Just go south from the bindstone, cross the main road, you will see some Banshee and eventually some Wraith monster(ignore them), keep going south and you will find several Dark Soul there.

Kill 40 of them, be careful once again they hit hard! You may want to kill 1 at a time. Fortunately they have a bad physical defense. Don't forget to use potion and all skills you have to kill this guy faster.
Don't let 2 Dark Souls hit you together, you must run, or kill them fast. Just keep your distance!

Sometimes there's Dark Soul stuck inside a stone, and you have hard time to target him, don't panick, wait until he hit your char and your character will auto target him(this indicated with the Dark Soul's data bar window poped up in top screen). After that just use a skill and your character will auto attack him.

Anyway after you killed 40 of them, go back to Robdun and report.

Now your final destination is Lauke Monastery which is located in southern part of Via Marea map, near Vena city. Teleport to Vena using Town Portal Stone.

Just open your map and go to the building inside yellow square in the screenshot. That's Lauke Monastery, it's a dungeon similar like Crystal Quarry(remember our journey back there?).

Anyway just cross the bridge to the east of Vena, you will arrive at a beach area which is called Melodic Sea. Just keep going south you will find a building at ocean. Ignore those undead pirates.

Go there.

Inside you will find a small room, with a 3 paths. 1 is a doorless room leading to the midlle section of the building, the other 2 are on the side of the room. They are a portal warp gate, go inside that portal, any is fine.

Once inside you will immediately meet with Lacriss, go speak to him and the quest is finished. Phew, finally.

Get the Whirlwind Striker bow. Not that good, you Craftman Bow is better, but you can try to use this as a forging material to create better rare weapon.

Alright now it's time to leveling again. Up till now you already meet many kind of monsters and explored some map, I will leave to you for your hunting spot. You can also find Bloodsoul monster in this dungeon and train with them. It's all good. Just try to hit Lv32. There will be a repeatable quest that involves in killing Chaos Ursa at Lv32.

NOTE : Warning, if you die you may drop item(s) from your inventory, so if you hunt at a far place from bindstone, don't die.

I recommend you to get back to Bergendy Brewery and hunt some Tonken in there.

Fighting Tonken

Here's a screenshot I'm fighting Tonken.
This beast is not hard, have high physical defense and HP but weak attack power. You have an easier time with them compared with Darksoul earlier.
Just be aware they are super aggressive, if you reckless you will find yourselves get clobbered by 3-4 Tonkens at a same time. That's dangerous.



 Don't forget to save bindstone here!

At Lv31, upgrade your Agility skill buff by 1 into Lv4, it add your Dexterity thus helps you deal more damage.

Reach Lv32

Fighting Chaos Ursa

At Lv32, Use your skill point to upgrade Piercing Root skill into Lv4. Heyden NPC near the bindstone will have a quest for you(Dream of Collecting). You are free to do it, I'm going to do it too. And if you do he wants you to hunt 42 Chaos Ursa which you can find in the Spiritual Haven area, East from Bergendy Brewery, open your map, you will find it. Reward is not bad, a Helm of Destruction and 8%+ EXP. This quest may also transform to a repeatable quest so it's not bad.
However Spiritual Heaven is far and it's a waste of time to do repeatable quest here(in my opinion) later after you get your Angel Bunny pet this will turn out better.

Spiritual Haven area

Caution : There's a boss in this area called Valdeck Vloe. Do not engage it! Also there are several Chaos Ursa Arcanist, be careful with them, because they are magic attack type monster!

I believe your Egyptian costume set should be expired by now, because mine already expired, but I managed to replace my Elemental Armor set with Armor of Destruction set with some nice Pdef stats, and my pdef now is only 402. Don't worry it's not a big problem, as long as you use Kitting technique and keep an eye on your HP bar you should be fine.
Important ! Also at this point onward I want you to save all your Armor of Destruction part you got from monster drop, we need it later to make Armor of Graham set.
Minimum you need to have 2 pieace for each part. 2 Armor, 2 Tasset, 2 Helmet, 2 Gauntlets, and 2 Boots.
Even better if it has Pdef option stats.
Just so you know we need Armor of Destruction set + Armor of Darkness set = Armor of Graham.
So again save those armors part so we can use them later to make Graham armor. This is essential for your survivability considering the Egyptian costume already expired!

Sell all your thrash but keep that you think valuable like armors or bow just you can try to forge them later.

Okay, when your crones hit 200.000 or more, it's time to buy your first pet(permanent), you can buy it inside Morrisen. I recommend buy the Angel Bunny pet. The NPC that sell pet in Morrisen is Ruby, you can open your map and look for a cat symbol.

Angel Bunny will allow you to save location and when you go to somewhere else(i.e teleporting to different place maybe GH) you can return to your saved location in one click(instant) pretty neat huh?
Oh and don't forget to buy some food for your bunny, it's located at Food tab, called Organic Animal Meal. Just buy 5-10.
Your bunny is different with that the Golden Monkey you receive from reward quest. It can get hungry and the hungry meter bar is located just at the pet icon bar(the green yellow bar colour) If it's depleted, your pet will get hungry ad start to deplete it red bars(HP bar) and you must feed it or it will die later if the red bar depleted. For 1 time Organic Animal Meal can hold your pet for 30 minutes before it gets hungry again.
Another thing is, your pet won't deplete their green bar if they are not summoned. So just release your bunny if you don't need it.

To summon your Angel Bunny, first you need to release your monkey, so release him first then double click your bunny to summon it. You can't summon two pet at a same time.

Oh and Pet can gain level to after you feed them enough. Every time you feed them they will gain 1 experience, for different pet they have different experience to level up. For Angel Bunny it needs 1000 experience.

Angel Bunny ability is Save Location and Teleport you back to that location.
Angel Bunny Example  : You are now doing Chaos Ursa repeatable quest(Lv32) and you just finished the last Chaos Ursa. So before you use the Bergendy Portal to report it to Heyden(which is happen to be near Bergendy Brewery bindstone), you want to summon your bunny first, then save location click Memory(to save that location) in the pet window(to display the pet window, just double click the pet bar interface in your left part of the screen), after that use the Bergendy Brewery Portal Stone, report the quest to Heyden nearby, get the quest again assuming you want to repeat this quest, then click Move in the pet window and you will return to the Chaos Ursa spot in an instant. Saving a lot of your time from moving around the map.
Tip : Repeatable Quest using Bunny

Chronology :

1. When quest completed, Summon Bunny pet.
2. Click Remember on pet window.
3. Teleport to Bergendy Brewery and report your quest. Accept again repeatable quest.
4. Open pet interface and click Move.
5. Do the quest. Repeate to step no.1

Click Remember to memorize location

Click Move to return to the memorized location

After complete the quest, don't forget to accept a new quest again, then Move.

NOTE : For Level 1 Angel Bunny can only memorize the location for 5 minutes, so if after 5 minutes you don't use the Move, the location will be erased automatically, this also happens if you release your bunny.

Lv33? Time to show you my build stats and skill.
I add 1 more point for Fatal so now Fatal is Lv4. 
And when you try to compare your Dex and Vit with mine, be aware that I already lost my Eqyptian costume so my Dex and Vit drop quite far.

Quest Name : Tonken's Threat
Requirement Lv : 33
Starting NPC : Heyden
Location : Near Bergendy Brewery Bindstone(use Bergendy Brewery Portal Stone to get there easily)
Task : Kill 43 Tonken, they are just around Bergendy Brewery vicinity, we fought them before.
Reward first time : Longbow of Spirits or Shinging Crossbow and 7,54% Exp(at lv33)
Repeatable Reward : some Exp and 13085 Crones and potions

 

Reach Lv34

At Lv34 upgrade your Piercing Root into Lv5
Also we can do a good 2 new quest that actually has a same killing monster target. So we can finish it at the same time. Nice?

Now let's get some cash again via repeatable quest. Below I already listed 2 new quest for you at lv 34.

These quest are :

Quest Name : Beast of Bergendy Brewery (This is a repeatable quest)
Repeatable : Yes
Requirement Lv : 34
Starting NPC : Yurene(she is the purple dressed lady in Bergendy Brewery bindstone)
Task : Kill 45 Stonefist Tonken, then deliver to Valbanes(he's at Tempest Watchout, remember Polze?)
Reward first time : Gauntlet of Darkness and 7% Exp(at lv34 )
Reward repeatable : 1,41% Exp(at lv34) and some potions also 15000 crones.

Quest Name : Secretive Task
Repeatable :  No

Requirement Lv : 34

Torio NPC at Geizan indicated by Red Square

How to exit Arbelorn

Starting NPC : Torio(he's at southeasthern part of Geizan region) open your map and click Geizan, you should be able to notice him(he should have green circle symbol).











You  can go to him from Arbelorn,  when you ported to arbelorn, you will stand in a bindstone,  go walk a bit out from that bindstone, then go back and walk to that bindstone again. Voila you are outside of Arbelorn. Just get out from that secluded land in the middle of a lake to the main pathway.

Torio NPC

Do you still remember how we get to Arbelorn earlier? If not, then go to GH, buy Limestone Portal Stone, go Limestone, then buy Arbelorn Portal Stone(buy 10) from Nictor NPC, now go to Arbelorn then buy Tormaline Quarry Portal Stone(buy 20). We need all of these stone.

Then open your map and go South to find Torio. Then after you got the quest, first you need to port to Tormaline Quarry binstone.

Ahtulran NPC

Use the portal you bought earlier. Then talk to Ahtulran here.










 Task :  Deliver to Ahtulran, Kill 45 Stonefist Tonken, report to Ahtulran, report to Torio. Ahtulran can be found in Tormaline Quarry Bindstone which is why I told you to also bought 20 Tormaline Quarry Portal Stones.
Reward : Gauntlet of Darkness , 7% Exp(at lv34)

Summary of this Secrective Task quest:
Get quest from Torio, Talk to Ahtulran, Kill 45 Stonefist Tonken, Talk to Ahtulran, report Torio.


Now let's do some work killing Stonefist Tonkens. But where can we found them?
They can be found exactly at Bergendy Brewery, just wander around near the Tonken you will find them or the easier spot is just south of Tormaline Quarry bindstone . Below I put the screenshot. Inside red square is the Stonefist Tonken nest.

When you kill them, yo will notice that both quest(from Yurene and Torio) are working, and it will finished at the same time.You kill 45 Stonefist Tonken, both quest finished. So go now!!
NOTE : There also Elder Tonken here, good for your MKILL prey :)

Oh and here is me reporting the quest to Valbanes NPC.

After this the Stonefist Tonken quest at Yurene NPC will be repeatable. Go do it!

At this point if you want to do another quest, feel free to do it. It is good to do many quest.
Anyway go reach lv35 with any method you like, doing quest and exploring or just grinding in a spot. In my opinion exploring and doing quest is more fun. You won't get bored fast. Just open your Journal and look for possible quest available at your Level, and search for the Starting NPC.

Eldries NPC

There is another quest for Lv34 from NPC Eldries. He's at Orc Fortress bindstone. Just teleport there and look nearby NPC.
The quest name is Discarded Proof, and it tells you to kill 45 Tonkens. By now you should know where is tonken nest. This quest will give you a nice 7% Exp(at lv34) and a Gauntlet of Darkness.





Our target is to reach Lv50 before your Golden Monkey 10D expired. This is important, if not then it will get harder.

Don't worry about crones for now, our crones income will be wonderful later at lv38-40. Just keep save those Armor parts. We need Graham set as soon as we hit lv40.

Reach Lv35

Finally we get to Lv35. This is my skill build currently, screenshot below.

Equip your Craftman Bow!!Sell all your trash and now you should wear a full Armor of Destruction set you got either from monster drop or quest reward.
Also I returned back to Kai'non. Now is a good time to store all your armor parts in treasury for later we make Graham set, so your bag won't be so full. You can also buy a new bag at Sundries and put it into the bag slot in inventory. don't worry they aren't permanent. Later you can switch to a bigger bag.
