Real Walkthrough Newbie, Lv 35 - 40

Let's start our journey. We are Lv35 now, and what's that mean?
Yes another Congratulatory Gift Quest now for Lv35.
Go talk to Levia near the bindstone and accept the reward which is a Sealed Hunter Kit 1D.

Okay let's continue the walktrough,

First we want to go to Lacriss NPC in Lauke Monastery.

He has our Main Story quest and the rewards is wonderful, so let's go now. You forgot where he is?
Shame on you if you do, go to Vena and open the map. Lauke Monastery is just southeast of Vena.



This quest needs you to find 2 items which is Hunting Sticks and Juniper Wood Cuffs inside this dungeon.
First you need to kill 1 Specter to obtain Hunting Sticks(or until you obtain it)
Secondly you need to find a 50yr old junk to get Juniper Wood Cuffs.

Now Specter is actually lurk deep inside this dungeon, below is the screenshot in where you can find Specter and 50yr old junk.

Yellow square is the spot where you can find Specter, while green square are the spots where you "may" find a 50yr old junk. 

CAUTION : The trip to reach the Specter room is not easy, there are Dark Souls on the way, be very careful, several Elder Tonken will chase after you, just keep running and I suggest you to stop at the small square room to kill the Elder Tonkens following you before engaging a Specter. Use potion hp if needed. 
The monster inside a dungeon is 1,5 times harder than those outside, also has 1,5 more exp. 

If it's to hard, skip this part until you reach Lv40. No big deal.

50yr old sack

The 50yr old junk location is not always same, so you need to look for it. Also it may won't work at the first time you open it, means you need to keep opening it again and again until you get Juniper Wood Cuffs. If they gone, don't worry just wait until they reappear and you can try to open it again.

Finished? Talk to Lacriss for you wonderful rewards.

Now it's time to get to Lv36. 
At this time I already give you your freedom, you can grind nonstop in an area, for example that Stonefist Tonken earlier, or you want to explore the land of Rohan and do quest from NPCs, it's all up to you.
Remember you have Hunter Kit, make use of that :D
Stock as many potions as you can and go to a good spot to start your HK. Then you can go watch TV or attend a party. I recommend to start your HK, fighting Amazon Soultrapper, in this map below I screenshot for you. Inside red square. Find a good center point(there's min 4 - 6 monster around you) and activate your HK withing 10m radius. Don't forget to save spot at bindstone nearby.

Another great spot is Temple of Gail. You can buy Temple of Gail portal at GH sundries.

When you teleport there, you can save bindsstone and there's merchant too here.
The bindstone keeper here has a very easy quest that will give you a few exp.

Quest name : Rumors
Starting Level : 30
Task : Talk with Batoom.
Reward : 1,98% Exp(at lv35)

Batoom is just a giant NPC near the merchant here. So just talk with him and finish this quest.

Now when you done with that. Save bindstone on Ailie. and go down to the Hammer Pillar monster spot. Activate your Hunter Kit. Be careful not to recklessly step into the center of these monsters or you will die fast. Take a caution and kill one by one first. When it is safe, then start your HK, and watch your exp rising fast.

INTERMEZZO :
Slowly but sure you found out that it's getting harder and harder to survive even monster at your range of level. Well yeah that's for sure because we are Half Elf and our main status is Dexterity which not add any physical defense at all. That's why we need to keep use the kitting technique. Another thing is you need to get Graham set as soon as possible, if can delevel it so you can wear it at Lv36. But if not it's not a problem. The Armor of Darkness set rewards from Lacriss is very nice too. You can either wear it or use it as a material to forge Graham set. 
But at Lv40 we really need to wear Graham or we won't survive at all.

What if fail? No problem, just buy from NPC and try again until you get Graham set. Ran out of crones? I already show you several repeatable quest for getting crones, that's not an excuse I'm sorry. 
After you reach Lv36, there will be a nice repeatable quest from a NPC at Orc Fortress bindstone, even better after you reach Lv40, my first time playing this game as a newbie I managed to gain 1.000.000 crones from these repeatable quest.

Another way to make cash is by go to Limestone Foothill(where people gathered) and sell some Option Stones you may already got from monster drop. Some valuable Option Stones are Protection of Marea, Incense Burner of Marea, Grace of Roha, Grace of Flox. They can be sold at 10.000.000 crones or more especially Protection of Marea and Incense Burner of Marea, they might reach 30m or 40m crones. 
To be honest right now I have 1 Protection of Marea but for the sake of the walkthrough I have to be in the worst scenario, so I will not sell it.

You can try to shout like example : WTS(Want to sell) Protection of Marea for 10m
You can also open a kiosk, press "N" to open basic actions and choose "open kiosk" to open your kiosk. You can't open a kiosk while in battle or while your pet active. After that just put your stuffs in the slot and give the price you want. Then click Start Selling.

The key to successfully sell your stuffs is by putting the cheapest price from the other seller.
How do we know the other seller price? 
Press "F", in the Item Name box, type in the item you want to sell(i.e : Protection of Marea), then click on Search. If there's another people selling this item, their price will be listed in here, so you know the cheapest price and you can sell yours cheaper than him/her.
NOTE : When you type the item name, It must be the exact name, the capital letter and etc, or it won't show in the list.
  
At this point I already wear a Helmet of Graham and Gauntlets of Graham. Basically my Pdef is 500.
INTERMEZZO END

Reach Lv36

Lv36? Ok let's get a new repeatable quest. It's at Orc Fortress bindstone, teleport using the portal, don't have? Buy at GH. 

Quest Name : Make Money First(as the name we will make money)
Repeatable : Yes
Location : Orc Fortress bindstone
Starting NPC : Tomstone, he's the merchant nearby
Task : Kill 49 Stonefist Tonken
Reward First Time : Helmet of Darkness and Exp
Repeatable Reward :17206 Crones and potion HP and few Exp

We need to kill Stonefist Tonken!! You know what the meaning of this???
Remember the repeatable quest from Yurene? The purple dressed NPC guarding the Bregendy Brewery bindstone. She also have repeatable quest that need us to kill Stonefist Tonken!!

Now I assume you already know what to do. Go get that quest from her too, and start killing Stonefist Tonken at Bergendy Brewery.
Repeat both quest until Lv40.

Tip : Orc Fortress Portal Stone can be bought from Tomstone NPC himself.
Another Tip : Because the HK is here, it's good to leave it on while you go sleep at the night. Who knows tomorrow you already Lv40? Just remember too stock potions as many as you think enough.

But WAIT!!

Graff Location in Geizan indicated by Red Square

There is one more quest that involves in killing Stonefist Tonken too!!
The quest is from NPC Graff at Geizan Map, just near Arbelorn.
Quest Name : Graff's New Shield
Repeatable : Yes
Task : Kill 49 Stonefist Tonken
Reward :Weapon and Exp
Repeatable Reward :
17206 Crones and potion HP and few Exp










Okay now we got 3 quest that need us to kill Stonefist Tonkens, so we can finish 3 quest in 1 trip. What are you waiting for, get it done and reach lv40.

At Lv37 I just used my 2 skill points, one for upgrading Longshot into Lv5 and one for Enchanted Arrow into Lv5.

I don't put Skill Tree at lv 40 because there's no skill can be upgraded until you reached 41, but
if you already reach Lv41, here's my final skill build as shown by screenshot below.

I get Sprint until Lv2 and upgrade Agility into Lv5.
Sprint is good to add mobility if we are going to run from monster or just exploring map.
Lv41 is the final skill build for Archer class, you just put your point next to maximizie Sprint and then save the rest of the point for your next class skill tree.

Before we end this part of walkthrough I want to remind you about the Main Story quest. If you skipped the quest earlier, now it's the time to do that, scroll back to top part of the walkthrough for the quest guide.
If you think killing Specter inside Lauke is to hard, you can find another spot in Orc Fortress map. Below is the screenshot.

Go there indicated by yellow square and kill some Specter until you get the quest, this may take a while, keep check on your Journal if by any chance you already got it but missed the notification,, then go to Lauke Monastery to continue the quest. Be careful there are many Shamanistic Specter along the brown dirt path, I suggest you hit the main road until you found the Specter spot which is further down below Shamanistic Specter.
Oh and also we will use this spot of Specter as a place to hunt Specter in the next walkthrough, it will be a nice repeatable quest.
After everything is done, go back to Kai'non.
